3. It has the characteristics of advanced structure, stable operation, high production efficiency, convenient adjustment, and good uniformity of product particle size.
Introduction of Cone Crusher:
This product is suitable for medium crushing and fine crushing of various ores and rocks, and it is widely used in mining, smelting, building materials, highways, railways, water conservancy and chemical industries. Our company can design and manufacture cone crushers of various sizes and specifications. Our cone crushers have such advantages as high production capacity, fine product size, good product shape, small equipment volume, light weight, convenient maintenance and easy operation.
Working Principle and Structure of Cone Crushers:
Working principle:
The working parts of the cone crusher include two truncated cones. One is a movable cone (inner cone), fixed on the main shaft; the other is called a fixed cone (outer cone), which is a part of the frame and it is stationary. When crushing materials, due to the effect of the crushing force, friction is generated on the surface of the moving cone. The direction is opposite to the direction of movement of the moving cone. Because the upper and lower parts of the main shaft are flexibly connected, this friction force is generated on the center line of the main shaft. The torque makes the moving cone rotate around the centerline of the fixed axis and rotate in the opposite direction. This rotation movement can promote a more uniform product size and uniform wear on the surface of the moving cone.
The cone crusher works to apply squeezing force to the material, so that the material is crushed by the bending force and the shearing force synchronously between the two cones, and the material is freely discharged after being crushed. Our cone crushers feature high production capacity and low power consumption.
Cone crushers used for coarse crushing operations are also known as gyratory crushers. Because the machine needs to handle materials of large lumps, so a wide feed inlet, a upright moving cone and a inverted fixed cone are required for this equipment.
For the cone crushers used for fine crushing operations, the material lumps to be handled by this machine shall be subject to rough crushing process. Therefore, there is no need for a large feed inlet, but the range of discharge shall be enlarged to improve the production capacity. The crushed products are required to be with uniform sizes, so the movable cone and fixed cone shall be placed in an upright manner.
The cone crusher used for fine and medium crushing processes is described in this page.
Features of Cone Crushers:
(1) Cone crushers are widely used for medium and fine crushing processes for hard materials.
(2) Cone crushers for medium and fine crushing processes can be divided into three types: standard type, short head type and intermediate type. The standard type is suitable for medium crushing, the short head type is suitable for fine crushing, and the intermediate type is suitable for medium and fine crushing.
(3) In an enterprise requiring crushing raw materials, jaw crushers or roller crushers can be used when small capacity is required, and cone crushers shall be used when large capacity is required.
